About the Event
In partnership with Statham Ladies Homestead Gathering, we are excited to offer a beginner's workshop on canning. Spring is here and it's a great time to learn this skill in expectation of a bountiful harvest to come. Participants will learn two methods of canning, the water bath process and pressure canning, as well as how to make strawberry jam and chicken stock.
This is an ADULT class and is best suited for ages 16 and up.
